一、詞匯選擇 標(biāo)新立異

在寫作中 較高級(jí)詞匯 的使用主要是指使用《大綱》上沒有的詞語(yǔ)、使用通過構(gòu)詞法變化來的新詞、使用同義詞或反義詞等來代替常見詞語(yǔ)。

1)這棟房子在芳草街的一棟樓上。

A: The flat is in a building on Fangcao Street.

B: The flat situates in a building on Fangcao Street.

分析:is in是常見詞語(yǔ)，而situates in則是《大綱》上沒有的，屬于高級(jí)詞匯。

2)在周末我們做很多作業(yè)。

A: At weekends, we have a lot of homework to do.

B: At weekends, we have endless homework to do.

分析:B句在表達(dá)時(shí)沒有使用過于直接的a lot of，而是使用了endless。endless就是由《大綱》詞匯end加后綴-less變化來的。

3)洗澡間和廚房都很好。

A: The bathroom and the kitchen are good.

B. The bathroom and the kitchen are well-furnished.

在表達(dá)要點(diǎn)時(shí)，B句使用了well furnished,這比good語(yǔ)氣強(qiáng)，也顯得生動(dòng)。

稍顯遺憾的是，結(jié)尾的后半部分內(nèi)容有些不足，其實(shí)可以再多寫一兩句，以免給閱卷者留下草草結(jié)尾的感覺。

這是非常常見的套路，相信大家也運(yùn)用得比較順心應(yīng)手了。從assignment中“Do you agree or disagree”我們就能看出，這是要我們給觀點(diǎn)的。我們可以使用四段式進(jìn)行常規(guī)作文。

中文意思是：在美國(guó)，新古典運(yùn)動(dòng)在建筑上的反映要比在音樂或文學(xué)上的反映更明顯。

這點(diǎn)非常重要，可以說是整個(gè)寫作的核心。

【文章內(nèi)容分析】

中文的作文喜歡以“理”服人，但西方的慣例是讓事實(shí)說話，所謂的Facts are more eloquent than lips（事實(shí)勝于雄辯）。
