D中的that指代speeds，那么按D的解釋就是speeds can exceed two hundred miles per hour，從中文角度講沒有問題，但在英文中，這樣的表達(dá)很不地道，只能說a car can exceed two hundred miles per hour。另外，D的表達(dá)也很唆。
