　　needn\'t + have + 過去分詞 表示過去做了沒必要做的事情。

比如說：“中國(guó)南方?jīng)]有美女”這個(gè)命題，只要能找出某人是美女，而她正好是南方人，那么這個(gè)命題就破了。

B使用decision而不是decide違反了動(dòng)詞優(yōu)先的原則。

E的問題同B，而且it指代不清楚。當(dāng)然，D和E都改變了原句的意思。

顯然，這里which是指逗號(hào)前的整個(gè)句子，意為“Mary came home late last night”這樣一個(gè)事情讓大家都很著急。普通文法里，這種用法很常見，但SAT不接受。

在用詞方面，第二段里使用了amicable、circumvent、pose（作者筆誤，應(yīng)該是imposed），第三段使用了eloquently、raging fervently、exacerbated the problem、futile。

B選項(xiàng)是A of B結(jié)構(gòu)，主語也是local customs，和foreigners不可比。另外，B不是個(gè)完整的句子，缺少完整的謂語成分。
